Modern Duplex Living

The brief was to create a low maintenance easy care living duplex. This was achieved by using plain masonry block externally and a feature stone cladding facade. Architectural attributes for this project incorporated spotted gum timber cladding for the verandah and recycled hardwood reveals.
Internal choices comprise of burnished concrete floors throughout, concrete basin for the vanity, recycled brick splashback, bespoke kitchen island bench and custom galvanised benchtops
